It all depends on what day it is. I haven't posted anything lately mostly because I've been in a state of I don't want to do art and I've been busy getting stuff into art shows. I got my "ugly feet" in a national show...and it got reviewed sorta....it got a praise in the local paper's review of the art show.

The painter's sculpture gets recognized...how funny.

After that one I got "Winter Haze" into a loca show and into an international show down in Costa Rica. I'm so proud...she's always been a good painting. I miss her. She's like my child, you know, I spent a whole year birthing her. I wish I could have gone to Costa Rica too but they would only pay for shipping the piece and not the artist,

The the university's art club Artery and the advertising club got together and put on an exhibition, AD + Art Exhibtion, so being a member of Artery I got a few pieces into that. Turned out to be a huge success...people really loved it. Everyone put a lot of work to make it a professional show. It was better put together than last semester's faculty show. The best outcome for me was that I have a buyer for one of my oils. I've sold several water colors in the past but this is the first oil painting...and the most expensive sell too. Yay, I can eat this month!
